A short time ago we brought you the story of Brian Valery, who passed himself off as a lawyer for a major firm in Connecticut.  The problem?  He wasn't a lawyer.  Now Valery is on the receiving end of the law, as a defendant in a criminal prosecution.  Law.com has the story.
